The Black Eagle brand was born from the founder's passion for nature travel and his fascination with birds. The Black Eagle symbolizes his travels to some of the most beautiful national parks in the world. The names of the products are also named after these impressive destinations.
A History of Craftsmanship
More than 40 years ago, Henk van den Hazel founded Black Eagle. In collaboration with craftsmen from Italy, he launched a series of handmade pocket knives. His goal: to make high-quality knives that are affordable for a wide audience.
Thanks to their excellent price-performance ratio, these knives are still popular among users. The close cooperation with Italian manufacturers laid the foundation for a product line in which craftsmanship, reliability and tradition come together.
