Our Guarantee

We fully support the quality of our knives and multi-tools. Has your product become defective due to a manufacturing or material error? Then you can of course contact us. Read more about our warranty conditions here.

Terms and Conditions

Our warranty only applies to products purchased through an official Black Eagle retailer. The warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original owner of the product.

The warranty is void in case of misuse, unauthorized modifications, loss, theft or unreasonable use of the product. You also need a valid proof of purchase to claim the warranty.

Warranty period

Our products are made to last, which is why our warranty covers all material and manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product. So if something goes wrong due to a manufacturing error, we'll be happy to fix it for you.

Please note: Damage from misuse or lack of maintenance — such as rust, broken points or damaged blades — is not covered under warranty. However, with proper maintenance, your Black Eagle tool will remain in top condition and ready for any adventure

Download our return form and fill it in as completely as possible.

Place the product and the service form in a sturdy box and fill it with sufficient filling material.

Send the package with sufficient postage to:
Black Eagle, Attn. Warranty Department, Gladsaxe 31, 7327 JZ Apeldoorn.
Preferably choose shipping with insurance and/or Track & Trace so that you run less risk during shipping.
