Delivery
Which party will deliver my package?
We deliver your order in cooperation with GLS. Your package will be offered by GLS on the next working day between 09:00 and 17:00.
What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €4.95, but if your order exceeds €49.90, shipping is free. For Belgium, shipping costs are €9.95 and shipping is free for orders over €59.90. For the rest of Europe, we charge €12.95, with free shipping for orders over €149.70. For other countries outside of Europe, shipping costs are €19.95.
What is the delivery time?
If you order and pay before 2pm on a working day, your order will usually be delivered the next working day in the Netherlands. For Belgium and Luxembourg, delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days. Orders to other European countries are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods or due to delays by the delivery services.
Can I also pick up my order?
Currently you can only have your order delivered to your home.
Ordering
The product I want to buy is no longer in stock, what now?
We always try to have as much as possible in stock but unfortunately it can also happen to us that something is gone. We try to have it back in stock as soon as possible.
I made a mistake during my order, can I still change it?
If you made a mistake while ordering, please let us know as soon as possible. Until the package is picked up by the delivery person, we can often correct it for you.
Payment
Can I also pay afterwards?
Unfortunately, paying afterwards is not possible. You can choose iDEAL, Mastercard and Visacard as payment options.
