The Uluru is easy to open and the liner lock holds the blade securely in the opened position for a safe use. The Sheepsfoot blade is made of 8Cr13MoV steel. A steel with excellent toughness and very good resharpenability. Furthermore, it has been given a satin finish, this gives the Uluru a high-quality look. The long relatively straight cut of a Sheepsfoot makes this blade profile extremely suitable for slicing operations, like preparing food at a campsite or cutting card-board boxes. The shape of the cut increases the surface contact with the material and provides more stability and accuracy. Micarta scales ensure that the knife will be comfortable in your hand. Micarta is a composite material. This gives the knife a robust appearance, a pleasant texture and high abrasion resistance. The knife is equipped with a deep-carry carrying clip and a lanyard hole.
